FAQ

Common questions
Are you open to new roles?
Currently leading design at Laerdal Medical. I'm selectively open to conversations about lead designer, staff designer, or design-engineering hybrid roles where craft and distribution both matter. Reach out and we'll talk.
Where are you based, and would you relocate?
Based in Norway. Open to remote roles anywhere, and to EU or US relocations for the right fit. Full-time on-site in Oslo is also on the table.
What kind of work fits you best?
Lead or staff designer roles at the intersection of product, engineering, and health. I'm strongest when I can own a problem end-to-end, from research through to the shipped thing.
Do you take advisory or freelance work?
Occasionally, for short engagements. A design audit, a specific sprint, or a few hours helping a founding team get unstuck. No long-running retainers right now.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one to two business days. If your message needs thinking, I'll say so.
Do you take design reviews for others' work?
Yes, selectively. If you want a sharp outside read on your product's UX or visual language, get in touch. There are also free workshops and tools in the Column section above.

About

Neha Prasad

Doctor turned product designer. Ten years in health, six designing for it.

The medical training stayed with me. Pattern recognition, evidence, close attention to what people actually do. Same lens, different work.

Today, I lead design at Laerdal Medical. On the side, I’m building Niyora, a Mac app for stressed desk workers. Catches stress and calms it in sixty seconds.

Before that, founding designer at Life, a period-tracking app. Grew it from a hundred thousand women to a million. Lifted revenue four times over.
