Challenges
Outdated code, lean team, no access to user usage data
With burnout and limited time in mind, I designed and launched an end-to-end learning flow for healthcare workers, enabling AI-powered course assignments, certifications, and team learning.
My role
Healthcare faculty rely on KnowledgeHub to access learning materials, set personal goals, and continuously update their skills. However, administrators needed better tools to:
Gain an overview of learner progress and understanding.
Ensure self-directed learning prepares team members for real-world work.
Assign the right courses to faculty members.
How can we build confidence in healthcare workers without causing burnout?
