Design

Don’t expect your colleagues always to have the answers.
Take the initiative to find solutions, then seek your colleagues' opinions.Write with passion and detail.
Whether you’re drafting handover notes or creating detailed task descriptions in Jira, write with care and clarity.Document your journey on interesting or complex projects.
Detailed documentation helps both you and your team understand the reasoning behind your decisions.Remember that everyone cares about users.
Every team member was hired for their insights. While all are working for the benefit of users, you have the unique opportunity to be their voice; use it wisely.Be agile when working in a small team or under tight deadlines.
Find the simplest way to help your team launch faster. Continuously iterate and ask yourself, “Can I improve this further for users, business, and developers?” Business and design must go hand in hand; a thriving business is essential for keeping users happy.Recognize when your work is truly “done.”
Your work is complete when it’s launched and you receive positive feedback.Even if you design quickly, development takes time.
Don’t let that delay cause you to forget your past efforts; document everything in detail.Choose a supportive work environment.
Work in a place where you’re credited fairly for your contributions, and when you have the opportunity to appreciate someone, do so without hesitation.
You don't have time beyond your work for social life
Be an easy and fun person to work with. You don't have to push someone down for your career growth. It's always about building relationships
